Home Care Packages are a government-subsidised program designed to support older Australians to live at home independently while receiving the care and assistance they need. These packages are designed to offer a wide range of services and support, from basic household tasks to high-level care needs such as personal care and allied health services.

We know that Home Care funding can feel like a complex maze that is difficult to understand and navigate. Our commitment is to make the system easy to understand and provide the transparent information that will allow you and your family to make the best decision for you.
Due to long waiting lists for government Home Care Packages, it can take from a few weeks to even over a year to be allocated a package. We encourage you to get started with your application early to get a head start. Contact us on (03) 9374 2100 to guide you through the process or discuss your options.
If you wish to, you can also start with privately funded support while your Home Care Package is progressing. Other sources of government funding may also be available. Please ask us about these - we’re here for you.

Household Maintenance - We offer cleaning & maintenance around the house to help provide you with a safe and comfortable home environment.
Meal Preparation - Our care workers can attend daily at meal times to assist with the preparation of meals and to ensure meals are eaten, including adequate drinks are had as well.
Transport - Having difficulty getting out and about? Enjoy transport and companionship to your appointments, daily activities and other outings.
Companionship - Our care workers are always available to provide you with companionship, friendship, conversation or just to be there with the ability to make your day a little brighter.
Shopping - Our care workers are able to do the shopping on behalf of clients. When the shopping is done our care workers can assist with putting it away as well.
