Care With Quality provides brokered and private services to clients throughout the inner southeast, west and northern suburbs of Melbourne. Services include:
- Personal care
- Respite care
- Domestic care
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Companionship
- Escorting to appointments
- Escorting to special events
- Leisure assessments
- Occupational therapy
- Case management
- Transition to Aged Care support
- Navigating the Aged Care Maze consultation
Clients may be case managed by you through a variety of funding models. Alternatively the client may have a family member who provides the role of main carer, or the client themselves can be the main point of contact. You may be looking after a patient in a private hospital or rehabilitation facility who requires some assistance on discharge. Whatever the situation, we can provide services as required.
At Care With Quality we aim to provide best practice care at all times. We have ISQ 9001 Certification which ensures that our Quality Management Systems are best practice and we base our policies and procedures on the Community Care Common Standards as well as the Home Care Package Guidelines.
We have female and male Careworkers of all ages who are trained or training towards a minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability. Our Careworkers speak a variety of languages as well.

Care With Quality has Service Agreements with all the hospital networks and major Home Care Package Providers in our catchment area.

To refer to Care With Quality you can forward your own referral form or use the Care With Quality Referral and Intake Form available by contacting us on 9572 9300 or emailing welcome@carewithquality.com.au .
The more information you can provide the better our opportunity to provide best practice care. We also understand that sometimes you may not have all the information required – and in that circumstance one of our senior staff can complete the assessment.
In most cases when an urgent referral is required, Care With Quality can provide care on the same day as the service. This is also possible sometimes outside of business hours through our After Hours service, by calling 0409365979.
